PELVIMETRY

Rojansky and co-workers correlated the sonographic and radiological assessment of the obstetric conjugate (1). They noted a good correlation (r = 0.8931, P<0.0001) between the two imaging modalities however CT remains the imaging modality of choice as it allows one to do additional pelvic measurements:
