CONDITIONS THAT MIMIC FETAL HYDROPS

1. Urinary ascites secondary to bladder rupture.
2. Urinary ascites secondary to rupture of the collecting system of the kidney.
3. Rupture of a viscus.
4. Chylothorax.
5. Fluid collections secondary to cystic hygromas and Turner's Syndrome.
