Urogenital / cloacal abnormality	Obstruction of vaginal outlet and increased endocervical gland secretion - Imperforate hymen (majority) (2) - Vaginal atresia (2). - Vaginal septum (2). - Narrow angular course of urogenital sinus at its junction with the vagina (3). - Cloacal valve in persistent urogenital sinus (4).
