Severe second trimester IUGR
  * Type I-No growth restriction.
  * Type II- Growth restriction.

Amniotic Fluid:

* Oligohydramnios /  Polyhydramnios.

Craniofacial Anomalies:

  * Large eyes (buphophtalmos)
  * Cleft lip and/or palate.
  * Ocular hypertelorism.
  * Micropthalmia.
  * Micrognathia (80%).

Central Nervous System Anomalies:
  * Holoprosencephaly.
  * Agenesis of the corpus callosum.
  * Hydrocephalus.
  * Meningocele.
  * Dandy-Walker Malformation.
 
 

Genitourinary And Genital Tract: 
  * Multicystic renal dysplasia.   
  * Hydronephrosis.
  * Ambiguous genitalia.
  * Hypospadias.

Skeletal Anomalies:
  * Syndactyly (3rd + 4th fingers).
  * Fused middle and fourth fingers

Congenital Heart Defects:
  * Atrioventricular defects.

  * Fetal Heart Rate.

Placental abnormalities:

  *  Thick placenta.

  * Cystic placenta (partial molar changes).

Abdomen and Abdominal Wall:

  * Omphalocele.
  * Echogenic bowel.

Nuchal translucency increased.

 

Crown-rump length decreased.

Disproportion between head and abdomen (without a concomitant intracranial anomaly)
